DUDU...

It is actually sad to see Eduardo Da Silva leave the Emirates this summer.Although no concrete news has come out from the Emirates camp, but reports emerging from the media(widespread!) have indicated that he is set to complete a move to Ukrainian side-Shakthar Donetsk. The Gaffer however has played down all talk that he is about to leave.:

"Eduardo is an Arsenal player and I am expecting a lot from him this season,he had a terrible injury - he went through hell - but I think his workrate is fantastic and his determination, which is exceptional, will be of great use to Arsenal."

Before his horrific injury in 2008,Eduardo was actually a world-class player.A clinical striker,more-like a David Villa for Spain.(I am not joking)After that injury,he has not actually got back to his form or where he would want to be.Gooners will always remember his brilliant goal against West ham Utd at the Emirates, where he showed why he should be regarded as a fantastic striker. But since that son-of a ***** Taylor broke his leg,Eduardo has struggled to find his touch at the Emirates. It is actually sad to see a player of his calibre leave Arsenal. Also,it shows us the dirty side of football-"the career threatening injury" situation.

His agent recently claimed that "Dudu" wants to make a move to a less physical league, and I completely understand that. The Premier League is difficult to absorb and after seeing Eduardo's situation, anybody would want a move elsewhere.Shaktar Donetsk coach Mircea Lucescu, wants "Dudu" and  recently said:

"We wanted to buy Eduardo before he moved to Arsenal, not everything went his way last season, but he is still a player of very high quality, a real marksman."
"Yes, he had a serious injury, we are aware of the risk, but at the same time we realise he can give a lot to Shakhtar. We expect a lot from Eduardo."
Croatia's national coach Slaven Bilic encouraged the move as he said:

"I spoke with Eduardo. He was very pleased with the move to Shakhtar," said Bilic.
"He is going to a strong league. This season they will once again play in the Champions League, have many difficult matches and this is excellent for the national team.
"The captain of Shakhtar is Darijo Srna, in the team there are a lot of Brazilians - I have no doubt that Eduardo will quickly adapt to Donetsk."
Personally,I hope this never is true, because I really want Eduardo to stay at the Emirates.I still think that he requires some more amount of time to recover from that "sick" injury he had.The Gaffer is giving him another chance and I feel that he deserves one.I hope he recovers his true form ,as then we shall have a strike force -"clinical and lethal in nature."And in case he does leave,Best of Luck  for his future...he will never be forgotten by us.

WHO THE HELL DO THEY THINK THEY ARE....

Now let me be honest about this transfer saga.Since Cristiano Ronaldos transfer to Real Madrid last season,Cesc Fabregases to his "homeland" is the most talked about ever. And from the beginning,Fc Barcelona have seriously played it ugly. Now,Barca fans will probably ask why?And they will blame Cesc alot in the entire transfer saga.I an not entirely blaming Barcelona, and in my opinion Cesc is also not entirely innocent. This is because he could have just ended this entire speculation by making it very clear that he wishes to stay at Arsenal.Hes should have done the same thing which Rooney did, when Real Madrid were after him in the beginning of the transfer season. However,I still feel that our "Spanish Counter-parts" are more at fault than our own Spaniard!

WHY DO I BLAME FOOTBALL CLUB BARCELONA?
This is why I blame them more than Fabregas in this entire transfer saga.Barcelona sporting director,Txiki Begiristain in  mid-may said:

"It's great news that he wants to come here and I think that one day Cesc will have to come to Barca but what matters is Arsenal and what their decision is,"
"We have to respect Arsenal's wishes and the contract he has."
"They think he is a very important player for them - we have to respect that. At times the wishes of players do not come true because they are under contract."
Now,when I heard this,I knew it was absolute bull-****.All these clubs say they will respect other clubs and they never keep to their word-"this should be Newtons 4th law of motion."Don't believe me look at "Cristiano Ronaldo's transfer saga."Barca fans probably say that why should a club, keep a player if the player himself wants to come. But please show me a single video,statement,site...or whatever ...to prove to me that Cesc Fabregas of Arsenal Football Club said that he wants to leave the club. All he has said is that "Barcelona is his heart and he wished to go there at one point of his career."This he can do even when he is 28 or 30,so whats the big deal. Why does he have to go now,why this summer...this is what I can't understand.

Now we come to the biggest f****** piss-off of the century.Barcelona's beloved captain,Carles Puyol. This Spanish-turd is saying that Cesc wants to come, and we are stopping him from going to his beloved "home."He feels that Barcelona is his future, and that Cesc gets frustrated when he sees how much success his  Spanish counter-parts are getting in that hell-hole.This mule and his homo-side kick really just can't shut up! Surprisingly, when Manchester City got interested in Messi,FCB came out quite frankly with a hands-off warning. So the Eastlands club stopped and gave up the chase on Messi. Now when Arsenal have said the same thing...what is their problem. Moreover, they should thank Arsenal for encouraging them not to become bankrupt.Bloody beggars have taken loans to pay their player salaries.

If FCB (trust me I'm trying my best not to write Bas****lona),have a problem,   let them go to hell or just pay us 60 ml pounds for him!I bet we will probably  beat them in the champions league this year. This club has  seriously  started to make me sick!....And we actually thought Madrid was bad?

If I am not wrong, our relations with FCB have become bad...and in the coming weeks it may get more worse. So screw Barcelona and let them get beaten 4-0 in the "El-clasico,"may their hearts rot in the hell or wherever they go...cheap sons -of-*******.

ARSENAL 4-0 BARNET

x
So after watching the first of Arsenals pre-season friendlies finish, what can we Gooners conclude .In my opinion, the team we put out today was quite strong as compared to our opponents, and quite frankly we outplayed them in every department. But who didn't expect that from us! We really played well, but more importantly  we played the"Arsenal"style football.
Following was the starting line-up for Arsenal vs Barnet on 17th July,2010:

                                         Fabianski

       Nordtveit       Koscielny       Vermaelen       Traore

        Wilshere        Frimpong         Emmanuel-Thomas

            Arshavin           Simpson             Rosicky

Subs: Szczesny, Mannone, Miquel, Djourou, Gibbs, Eastmond, Nasri, Henderson, Lansbury, Barazite, Walcott, Chamakh...........and will you believe it,the entire team was changed at half-time.Everybody but Szczesny came in.But don't worry that tall pole got his chance in the 68th min

SO HOW DID ALL THE GOALS COME...
  • The first goal was quite shocking actually as it came in the 1st min.Arshavin rounded the keeper and scored, quite effortlessly after working a neat 1-2 with Tomas Rosicky.
  • The second goal came at half-time,our new prodigy Jack Wilshere did brilliantly by drawing two defenders towards him, just before passing the ball to Jay-Simpson,who eventually slotted home from close range.)It was a superb finish).
  • No. 3 was a typical Arsenal goal.Arshavin cut passed a defender from the left, and quickly passed it to Jack Wilshere,(who,in my opinion made a sublime-run)only for him to cut the ball back across the 6 yard-box-and give Jay-Simpson a simple tap in "home."Brilliant to watch,a 3 pass goal which tore the Barnet defense to shreds.
  • The last goal came from our beloved,Samir Nasri. He pressurized  Daniel Leach ,causing him to make a fatal error, and giving the french-man the opportunity to make it 4-0.And he duly obliged
In conclusion, all I can say is that we shouldn' be too happy as we all expected Arsenal to beat Barnet,if not demolish them. But yes, a win is win and we thoroughly deserved to win today. The future looks bright for our youth players also,as they all chipped in a performance worth applauding. Thus,to the next friendly...upto then "Sayonara."

PS:I may write another article before 21st July also..

THE LOOP-HOLES

Well, the season is now coming closer and closer and somehow I am not yet convinced about our entire teams shape.Whether I will be right or wrong will depend on how we perform in the pre-season friendlies,or rather a real test will be in the Emirates Cup-the one trophy we always win!Frankly, speaking about loopholes, one major concern is the clown at the back of our defense and his side-kick "flappy."

Recent reports have suggested that Arsenal are moving to replace our beloved spanish shot-stopper by "Mark Schwarzer" for about 4 ml pounds. Now,I don't agree with this move ,but if there is no other alternative I don't mind it.The reason I am against this transfer is because Schwarzer is quite old,and he does not have champions league experience like other goalies. Moreover his performance in the World Cup was not very satisfying either. The "Old is Gold" principle does not really apply here, does it ?

Rather than move for him,we should move for may be Shay Given or Joe Hart, cause lets face it one will get pissed because he is going to sit and "butt-warm"the bench at the Eastlands and both are world -class keepers.Or may be Frey, yeah, recently there was a report that we may move for him to...oh,goody!Well ,next is the actual defense, but this department is less worrying because we still have Sol!Yup thats the only reason.Actually we do require another defender to cover for Tommy-Vand Koscielny. We certainly can't risk having one-injured.Otherwise it shall be another season with us conceding more than 25 goals..."the horror"
The mid-field department and attacking department are well covered up.Cesc Fabregas probably will stay at Arsenal and not go to that "Morgue."Recently saying"I think now the less said about the subject much the better, because these things are worse for everyone when they come to light and people talk more about the matter.Right now we have to be very calm and what will be will be."Another reason he may not be leaving because recent reports (according to the Review) have stated that a star worth 40 ml euros bought a house worth 2 ml in Marshalls drive at St.Albans, about 3 weeks ago..(lets just hope it was Cesc who bought the house, and not his evil twin brother!)
RVP will be fresh from the World-cup and Chamakh from his long-holiday,so will Theo and "The Little Russian."

This season will seriously be interesting because The Gaffer has signed 2 experienced players, and both of them can make a difference,..though we still need a keeper and 1 more defender...once we sign a keeper and the extra defender,(the keeper will make any Gooners day, wont it?) we will completely be ready.Lastly,Cesc has won the World Cup,and that will take alot of pressure out of him,the young lad has matured and we may just see an exclusive season from him (and RVP also)...till then, lets wait and watch.... and be hopeful that I am right.

CESC FORCED TO WEAR FCBARCELONA JERSEY

So Spain lifted the World Cup,and we all are extremely happy about it.The Spanish team thoroughtly deserved to win the tournament and are undoubtedly the best team in the world. But sometimes, some people do things which exceeds the limit....and what has happened here is something which has surprassed all bounds of respect towards Arsenal Football Club.

Arsenal Captain Cesc Fabregas was made to wear a "Basterdlona" shirt forcefully by Spains worst defender and his Carlos Puyol.I don't think Barcelona know, how to respect clubs.Firstly, the club president says we will respect Arsenals decision and not bid for Fabregas. After this report they bid for him. They probably pay their players bribe and ask them to say "his heart lies here" and a load of other bull-**** to make Cesc feel that he is wanted here and in Arsenal he won't win anything!
The worst part is that ,this sick incident happened after Cesc dedicated his win to Arsenal. When The Gaffer has made it very very clear that the club does not wish to sell Cesc, why is "fcB" after the club.Their president came to South Africa to talk to Wenger on this issue and he was refused a meeting. Can't he see the sign ,the dumb -chimp...should one show it to him in sign-language....damn Dodo!!
Heres the translation:
Translation of what Reina's said:
Reina: he doesn't want to call him "spellbound"
Reina: Where is Cesc?
Reina: Come here
Reina: A round of applause for him
Reina: With number 10
Reina: He has the heart....
Reporter: It's barça's shirt!
Reina: For the future of barca. For the future of Spain.... Ceeeeesccc.....!!
People: Fabregas!!

What do they mean by the future of Barcelona,he isn't even a Barcelona player...he is an Arsenal Footballer. Its sad to see Barcelona beg the way they are, trying everything they can to persuade Cesc to join them.It will be interesting to note how The Gaffer acts to them...personally I would snipe Gerard Pique...

Spain lifted the World Cup yesterday night .Now coming to more inportant news-as expected the tranfer window will have lighted up after the end of the 2010 Fifa World Cup,and has it not so...
Arsenal No.1 choice Goalkeeper,Manuel Almunia may be leaving for Atletico Madrid this summer.Apparently, according to the People the Madrid-based club is pondering a summer swoop for him.
Yeeeeeee!..probably the letter to Wenger by Atletico will be like this:

Dear Mr.Wenger,
We are glad to inform you that we are interested in your no.1 goalkeeper,Manuel Almunia. We would highly appreciate if you accept this offer from us.
Payment to be made to AFC-6 pounds
Payment to be received from AFC-3.6 ml pounds
Thanking you,
Atletico Madrid President,
Enrique Cerezo

Now in all probablity, this report is untrue, but we must not lose hope.If we lose this clown,I mean our beloved Goalie....it will probably give our youth keepers the opportunity to do well.Yes,Szczesny and Mannone, not flappy the "Penguin."Also,Mark Schwarzer is apparently on his way to London in a reported 2 ml deal. This will be a real good signing in my opinion as he may also take up the post of Goalkeeping coach in Arsenal when he retires as well as give us supporters some hopes of not conceding..
Frankly, this is just the beginning and more news is supposedly going to come on transfers in the next few weeks...hopefully if we sign our targets, we will be ready for next season..till then.....lets be patient...

CESC FABREGAS HELPS SPAIN TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE

Well one may not say that it was the best match in the World Cup especially after seeing Argentina rocked by Germany, but it takes only one goal to win a match.Be it the World Cup final or even a damn friendly...congratulations to Spain and Barcelonas dre..sorry,"Basterdlonas"dream kid...Andres Iniesta to provide us with that goal. But how conviniently, don't we always forget to mention the name of the person who gave that "small contribution" to  the goal-scorer.Yup,this really sickens me in football. When Lionel Messi scored the winner againts Manchester United in the Champions League Final, did anyone notice the no 6 ,who gave him that "tiny" cross-Xavi,do you really hear Wes Sneijders name,as the guy who gave the assist to Diego Milito to score in the Champions League this year.No...nobody gives a damn!

Arsenal player Cesc Fabregas stepped onto the pitch of the"Soccer City "stadium in the 87th min with the only one objective-To make his team win that "Golden Statue."And 5 minutes later, could have sent Spain ahead when Andres Iniesta sent him one-on -one with Goalkeeper Stekelenburg...only for the goalie to save his shot. The match bore on, and he signalled a warning to the Dutch defense when he gave a solo-run from the middle of the field and shot from 20 yards, only narrowly missing the target. But in the 116 min the game changed when our little Captain gave Spain, that "glimmer of hope",that "white light,"that they don't have to go to a penalty shootout! He picked up the ball from the edge of the area, alert as he is and fed it to Andres Iniesta-who found the bottom corner of the goal....making Spain "World Champions."
Congratulations,Cesc Fabregas...the first Arsenal player to have collected the winners medal for the World Cup since Patrick Viera in 1998 for France. You have made us Gooners proud...now please stay here and don't go to "fcB."

JACK WILSHERE-WHERE TO NEXT SEASON?

So we are fast approaching the kick-off for next season, and apart from the Cesc Fabregas saga, something else is going on playing at the back of my mind! The future of "Young prodigy"-Jack Wilshere.Last season  ,that little kid from 29th January,2010 spent the rest of the season with premier league side-Bolton Wanderers.(He even scored a goal against West Ham Utd).So what happens to him this season, we just got to wait and watch. Now rushing him into the first team is something The Gaffer will never do!In my opinion,I think we should send him out on loan to another premier league side-maybe,Bolton Wanderers. This is what Owen Coyle had to say about Jack:

"And I've said, and I'm on record as saying, I want to thank Arsenal and Arsene (Wenger) and obviously Jack for coming last year because he certainly helped us and what we're trying to do."And again I feel, and I'm a bit biased in wanting him back, but I certainly feel another loan period with us would take him on another level again."

Even Bolton star,Sean Davis wants him back and feels that this young boy has a bright future ahead of him.
"Every player and the fans would love Jack to come back," "But whether he does is  up to him and Arsenal. He has a bright future, but I could see him, maybe if Fabregas    goes, getting into the Arsenal team."

He is 18 yrs old for crying out loud, and he starts for Bolton Wanderers in the Premier League! He starts. Not only is he an inspiration for all footballers out there, but also has a large amount of praises, lately from England Manager ,Fabio Capello.(but who would want it from him!..after the brilliant world cup England had )
"Jack Wilshere is an interesting player, who is very good,"
Frankly, Jack won't be able to get a chance in Arsenal. The Arsenal first team is full  of stars and to put him in the squad is going to put alot of pressure on him. The Gaffer will slowly goad him into the first team...but it will take some time.Jack can play behind two strikers or up front with another striker as he tended to do in Bolton. Its not strange that any manager would want to keep a player of Jacks talent. The boy has self-belief and an amazing attitude to run at defenders, and thus  has earned comparison with Wayne Rooney. He just lacks some first team experience, which he can get at other clubs.Personally ,I would prefer any club other than our rivals.

The future looks bright for this young boy,and I can't wait to watch how he shall contribute to Arsenal, in the coming years.....

A LETTER TO CESC FABREGAS..

Dear Mr.Fabregas,
I am an Arsenal fan and I am convinced that you are one of the best players in the world to have graced our club.Recently speculation about your future has put us all Arsenal fans into turmoil, because we feel that without you our team is incomplete. You  orchestrate of our midfield and our captain, and we all love and respect you.
At the same time, coming to the point, in the spanish team, there is a dumb*** who recently spoke about “where your heart lies.”I’ll give you a hint-He is a defender and plays for FCB,he was loaned to Manchester united few seasons ago also.My request to you is please could you come out and say where the *u** will you be next season, because then if you do leave,Arsenal can have a replacement in Gourcuff or Oezil ready! As you know our manager is very secretive in the transfer market and it takes our club ages to sign 1 player. We took over a month to sign Andrey Arshavin and another to for Sol.Our new signing Laurient Koscielny took us over 2 months also.

So incase you plan to give us the biggest shock of our lives ,we would highly appreciate it if you atleast gave to us 1 and a 1/2 months earlier. It would seriously save both clubs-Arsenal and FC Basterdlona alot of time...
Thanking You,
Yours faithfully,
DHRUV KUMAR DANDA

Laurent Koscielny - Welcome to Arsenal

Heres a look at our new summer signing and  how he takes to the pitch...ENJOY

WHO THE HELL IS TOMAS KALAS?

OK,so this guy comes into the Premier League and suddenly out of nowhere opens his "hole."So ,who the **** is this Kalas fellow.I'll tell you who he is.He is a 17 yr old mule, who has no idea what he talks about. Now,why am I after this kid.I''ll tell you why?
When asked about his prior connection, with Arsenal before signing for Chelsea,he said that the club was full of "sweet-talk."Lets just see what else did this guy say:

“Well, not so much, they called me. When we were in England, my father and I went with the agents and Mr Wenger called us.

When he learned we were there he told me how he would take me under his wings and that he would take care of me, how it would be great for my development and I should go to Arsenal.

It would probably affect people in different ways. I stand my my decisions. At the time my future had not been resolved, but if I had chosen them, I would have given in and been attracted by sweet talk. I never have been and probably never will be.

Arsenal wanted me to leave immediately. Why should I stay in Olomouc, when I could leave now and train in such fantastic conditions? But, to me, it was the most vital part of the deal, in terms of language, in terms of strength, and in terms of experience.

How could I go to Arsenal after just one match in the first team?

Specifically, it decided that I would not go to Arsenal. They wanted me to move immediately, or perhaps after six months. But giving Sigma (Sigma Olomouc, his current club) just six months would be unfair. Why would they look to develop me if they knew that in six months I’d be gone."
Now,when he said that the Gaffer would take him under his wings and develop him, what does that imply.I'll tell you what it implies. It implies that "Arsene Wenger" would monitor Kalas's talents and correct him if he went wrong somewhere,so that he can become a world-class footballer.Just as we have an "Aaron Ramsey" and a "Jack Wilshere" in the arsenal youth system, who will prove to be world-class footballers because of their talents,we would have another talent in the defense. But this guy thought differently....He thought that Wenger wanted him and would never let him leave the club.Oh the horror!! Imagining himself leaving the club ,Wenger would drag him back inside and probably lock him inside one of the toilets. It would be another "Shawshank Redemption" storyline.I can't bear to write!..

Next we come to his leaving plans. He questions why should he not come to Arsenal? Then like a good lad,he answers his own question."Language ,strength and experience."So, what he is implying is that in Arsenal, people speak the language of the tribes. That "The Gaffer" never thought about these things,he would not get strength from the youth system.Tomas Rosicky could help him with his language,I mean, come on.The same system that has nurtured Jack Wilshere, who is the same age as this fellow would probably ignore him and leave him to his ruins!Instead of developing as a player,he would not develop at all.Oh for crying out load, you "brainless penguin,"people come to Arsenal do develop themselves as good players.Aaron Ramsey for example chose us over Manchester United. He mentioned that Ferguson sent Gary Neville to show him around the grounds whereas The Gaffer came himself, took him and his parents on his private jet and showed them Arsenals training ground..CR9'S mom said that Wenger was a nice man.

So,now he chose Chelsea. What did they do,they sent him back home on loan.Marvellous, instead of training and learning young on a stage which is at the top,he chooses to visit that stage ,look around and come back home to train. You have made us proud!Tears are falling out of my eyes.Bloody brilliant...Jack***.

You know, what pissed me off is not that he signed for Chelsea. The fact that he said that we are full of sweet-talk is the point.A club that develops youth, which has been doing it since 2005,asks you to join them. The Gaffer would develop you,for Gods sake he is known for building teams and nurturing raw talent. Not only does he refuse and join their main rivals,he says that the club is full of sweet-talk.You have no respect at all.People like you should be shot,twice:...one for confirmation.

Good he never came.A player like him doesn't deserve Arsenal."Sweet talk",why would Arsene Wenger lie about a footballers talents. They say when you are watched by Wenger there is something in you, that you got the talent to be a world-class footballer. The worst part is he was signed for 5.2 ml,how that money could have been used for charity? He actually thought that the Chelsea youth system is better than Arsenals. Was he  high? Capello said that he is excited by the prospect of Arsenals youth system, and how it will affect the country.Doesn't he want to make Czech Republic proud, look at our  youth product,"Jack"-he is making England proud right now....How could one choose Chelsea over Arsenal when you are young ,baffles me.Lastly,he says that he  didn't choose Arsenal because ,in a nut-shell he wanted to develop in his comfort zone, right. So instead of training and nurturing his talents with a class of  the "best talents and potentials of the next-generation",he prefers to train elsewhere,"In your comfort zone."
I seriously don't have anything more to say...probably waste my time writing more about a guy who lacks decency and respect for others and has "rocks for brains."

ARSENAL-SELF SUFFICIENT AND FINANCIALLY STABLE UNLIKE...

Recently while searching the internet I stumbled upon this article and I thought of sharing this with all you Gooners out there…I call it “The Gem.”
“According to figures released today, the Glazer family’s debts have hit a massive £1.1 billion.
Tomorrow night a BBC Panaroma investigation will be aired and will reveal exactly how much debt the Glazer family are in. The BBC has been investigating the finances along with investment analyst Andy Green and the Guardian.
The amount of debt the Glazer family’s in is astonishing. To sum up the figures as basically as I can- the Glazers have £2.344bn in assets but they £1.175 worth of debt, which leaves net assets of £1.169bn.
Not only are United in over £700 million in debt but their other businesses are also struggling financially. Their First Allied shopping mall business has £388 million worth of debt on mortgages and is barely making any profit. NFL football team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have recently had their worst season in 20 years and they owe over £66 million.
There are some United fans that say- “who cares? As long as the club are winning trophies, we’ll be fine”. The Financial Fair Play regulations are set to take full effect by the 2014-15. This would mean that the clubs who have more debt than their annual turnover will not be allowed to participate in UEFA competitions. If United are unable to participate in those competitions, that will impact heavily on the club.
What will happen if United are forced to sell the big name players such as Wayne Rooney? What if Sir Alex Ferguson is unable to buy the players that he wants? We’re seeing that already! What if United fail to win trophies? There are loads of what if’s, which I don’t want to see happen.
It possible for one of the biggest and most famous football clubs in the world to crumble into financial turmoil, these issues have to be dealt with and the sooner, the better.
Something has to be done; the Glazers can’t be allowed to continue to take millions and millions of pounds of United each year.”
Even if our club never won a trophy,it’s quite stable unlike…..

THE TRANSFER MARKET FROM THE GOONERS POINT OF VIEW

Well it is confirmed now ! Laurient Koscielny has arrived at the Emirates. The deal is set to be worth 8.5 ml pounds. He is going to give us a new look towards our defense, and I feel that we somehow missed this last season.Koscielny stands at about 6 ft 1,so we got ourselves a "mini-metersacker,"he looks fit and strong and if he is actually as good as we think he is,I don't expect to concede many goals this season.Tommy-V was signed for an equal amount last season, and look how good he turned out to be! I seriously think the Gaffer has made a quality signing again!

Speaking of "The Gaffer," he told us today that we can expect 1 more addition to our defense. We have been linked with 2 German players. The hot prospect of Mesut Oezil and his team mate,Per Mertersacker. However the addition which we require the most-our goalkeeper, has not been resolved. Now we have 2 players up for grabs,Mark Schwarzer and Eduardo.Frankly,I don't think we will get Eduardo because firstly, the club haven't confirmed any bids and secondly, the Daily Mail reports that he has signed for Genoa. Moreover,Schwarzer looks the more likely target. The club has just spend 10 ml pounds this summer compared to other top clubs ,most notably Manchester City.We have got two players ,one for free and the other for 10 ml.

The club looks to be building a sound foundation for itself and we can be sure that our centre-back pairing will last us atleast another 6 years,as both of them are 25 yrs or below. We have two finalists from our squad, and so we are sure that one of them are going to win the cup.Personally,I hope its RVP.Why?Because that guy deserves it and he loves Arsenal the way we do.This season looks bright and I think we can surely mount a good title challenge.(I am not being an optimist)The club somehow seems to be ascending, you know like Dragonball Z,and I surely think we are going to get a trophy this season.

PS:We have signed a 17 year old defender, his name is Sead Hajrovic, and he apparently impressed the club while in the academy last season.

ARSENAL FOOTBALL CLUB-TRANSFERS

Alright lets get down to the transfers that have really caught my eye this week.Note,Joe Cole's one is not mentioned because now it seems he is going to decide between 2 clubs -either its us,or the team which wears "crow-shit" on its jersey.Any guesses!!

Arsenal Football Club are holding talks to sign highly rated defender Serdar Tasci from Stuttgart. The defender is tagged to be about 10 ml pounds and has attracted interest from Spuds also. With the Gaffer already saying that the squad needs a boost tending towards the defense, this could be another defender signing coming up soon! However getting the 6ft 1 defender will be quite difficult as he had signed a 3 yr extension to his current contract on 29 August,2009,up to 2014.

In other news ,the club is rumoured to make an audicious bid for Golden ball contender Mesut Oezil. The bid is rumoured to be around 20 ml pounds. Now there is a good and bad side to this also.If the club actually plans to launch a bid and get the midfield maestro, then we can say "Sayonara" to beloved captain Cesc Fabregas.Oezil has been in top form for Germany in the 2010 World Cup Finals, and has helped his side to victories over everybody, except Serbia!(he played brilliant in that game also)

Oh yeah,I almost forgot. We have finally signed Koscielny , and the announcement is set to be made tomorrow sometime. The deal is set to be around 10.1 ml pounds, but we will get all confirmation and details within the next few days.

If we do sign the above players then I see a treble winning year this season. But then again, its Arsenal,by the time we sign the first guy the season will have started!!So I really cant say,can I?

ARSENAL-GERMANY

Well,I just finished watching Argentina vs Germany and I kept asking myself 1 question.How?....How is it possible to rip apart an Argentinian side with experience ,fluidity, class, viguour, style and not to forget, which has the best player on the planet in it.Then ,I realised it was all part of the plan. That Mr.Loew had it all planned out.His tactics against Argentina were spot on and no wonder his team "tore them to shreds."It was quite simple, attack and if you lose possession, minimize Argentinas threat-"and not go out of your way to retain it!"When Messi gets the ball, close him down because he is playing beghind the hole and orchestrated the entire squad. And it worked. It bloody worked!!!

So I sat and thought, why dont we adopt the German formation of 4-2-3-1..or rather one can say 4-2-1-3.Now ,the defense can line up as usual.Infront of the defense we can have Song and Diaby or Nasri.Song can provide the cover for the midfield and so can Diaby .And if we require some more fire-power then Diaby or Nasri can step up.They are going to be the Schweinsteigers of Arsenal.Infront of them will be Cesc.On the left will be Arshavin and on the right ,Chamakh/Theo.Upfront we can have RVP.Now lets face it,Germany does not play boring football...I mean they play the Arsenal way.So why not employ the German tactics.Last season,we had 1 striker,so we had to play with 1 on top,but now we have 2 ,so I am really interested to see the way we line-up this season..I personally would love to see the German instinct in Arsenal, that may just be the key to our trophies...
